Premier Medical Center’s direct primary care membership for individuals and families provides a convenient, cost-effective solution for those looking to get more out of their primary care services. Patients receive complete primary care services for one low monthly fee. This simple, straightforward, and affordable payment program eliminates co-pays and other limitations often imposed by traditional health plans.
You May Pay Us Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, or Annually as You Prefer.
Children must be enrolled in a plan with at least one adult member. No additional fee for more than two children in a family.
